Obtain vouchers
When offered, the vouchers can be bought like any other item. As soon as you've bought the voucher, it will be activated. The amount will then be shown in your basket. Now you can email the requested amount using the link "send voucher".
How to send off vouchers:
To send off a voucher please click the link "send voucher" in your basket. To send off a voucher we need the following information: First and last name and a valid email of the recipient. The requested amount (you can also send instalments of your credit). A short message to the recipient. Please check your details before sending. You can correct your information any time prior to sending.
Shopping with the voucher.
As soon as you dispose of a credit you can use it for payment of your orders. During the process order you have to possibility to redeem your credit. If the credit is lower than the value of the goods you ordered please chose your preferential mode of payment for the remaining amount. Should the value of the goods be lower than your credit you have the opportunity to pay the next order with the remaining amount.
Book a voucher:
If you have received a voucher by email you can register the amount as follows:
1. Click on the link given in the email. If you do not dispose of a personal customer account you now have the opportunity to open one.
2. After having put the chosen goods in the basket you can enter your voucher coder there.
